We contacted Jo with the idea to rent out our house in Two Rocks, and we are so glad we did.
From the start, all our questions were answered promptly and professionally. For all our meetings, Jo was on time and prepared.
As a first time landlord, we had lots of questions and most of all, we wanted to make sure that the agent looking after one of the biggest asset of our lives didn’t see it as just an address in their book. We wanted to make sure that the agent looks after it as if the house was their own, and we believe Jo does exactly this.
Jo displayed a very high level of professionalism. But she also has that human side to her work which I think is really important in the relationship tenant - agent - landlord.
